Method Intelligence and AI CMS

I am launching a new company named Method Intelligence to commercialize my latest research, the AI CMS, an AI integrated project suite for collaborative teams, potentially working remote from one another.

A Suite of Private Project Collaboration Tools

AI CMS is a web-based platform designed to facilitate collaboration on projects. It's a versatile office software suite that includes:

• Document editing capabilities, similar to Microsoft Word, with support for rich text formatting and embedding images, videos, and PDFs.
• File uploading and integration into various types of content.
• Spreadsheet creation, modification, and utilization.
• A Project privacy feature that ensures only designated Project Members have access to the project's files, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Alerts system for assigning due dates and responsibilities to project members.
• Multi-channel real-time chats for project members.
• Commenting feature for collaborative feedback on documents and spreadsheets.

The focus on privacy is crucial as it supports remote collaboration, effectively creating a virtual office environment. This feature is particularly beneficial for remote access via mobile devices with internet connectivity.

AI Agent Integration Across Project Tools

Project Members collaborate on private Projects using a suite of collaboration tools. AI CMS also integrates a suite of AI Agents into the collaboration tools.

• Expert Chatbots that provide strategic advice through a conversational interface.
• Chat Analysis Bots are specialized in:
  • Assessing user expertise and providing tailored explanations based on their language use.
  • Identifying key considerations missing from discussions and suggesting relevant questions.
  • Tracking future event references and responsibilities, and creating follow-up reminders.
• Memo Editor Bots are dual-purpose HTML/CSS editors and professional writers.
• Memo Bots specialize in content analysis and can included embeded documents within their critiques.
• Spreadsheet Editor Bots are experts in managing and editing complex spreadsheets.
• Spreadsheet Bots assist with understanding and troubleshooting advanced spreadsheets.
• Project Analysis Bots provide comprehensive project tracking and management insights.

Each major bullet point represents a distinct type of AI Agent, with the Chat Analysis Bot having three examples to demonstrate their integrated functionality during conversations.

The Memo Editor Bot and Memo Bot are separate entities due to their different data handling requirements: the former deals with HTML/CSS document formatting, while the latter focuses solely on content analysis. The Memo Editor Bot's integration into the document editor additionally illustrates how this type of "bot" differs from a chatbot: the Memo Editor Bot's output goes into the document editor, and is not conversational, it is document edits and modifications. The separation between Memo Editor Bot and Memo Bot simplifies the analysis process and allows for more efficient text processing. Where the Memo Editor Bot deals with HTML/CSS document formatting, the Memo Bot only receives the document text, without HTML/CSS formatting, for text/prose analysis. Additionally, each Memo Bot Q&A exchange with a document is stored as a comment, as if the AI Agent were a project participant, rather than being a document edit. 

Similarly, the Spreadsheet Editor Bot and Spreadsheet Bot are distinct due to the inherent complexity of spreadsheets. The former can handle large spreadsheets by breaking them into parts, while the latter focuses on understanding the content without the need for layout information.

The Project Analysis Bot is an AI interface that accesses all project components, including files, chats, and comments, in a text-based format for efficient progress assessment. This is particularly useful for remote teams working asynchronously.

Voice Inputs and Outputs, with Automated Translation to English

AI CMS also features AI Automated Voice To Text and AI Automated Text To Voice capabilities, allowing for voice interactions with chatbots and dictation of memos. While real-time voice conversations are not yet available, they will be implemented as soon as feasible.

The system also includes AI Automated Translation for approximately 90 languages, enabling non-English audio to be transcribed into English, provided the recording starts in the non-English language. Language switching mid-recording is not currently supported.

AI CMS User Roles: ChatUser and PromptEngineer

AI CMS uses a role based permission system for access to different features of the system. All AI CMS users begin with a chatuser role granting them permission to access Projects in general, and their AI Agents. Every Project a user is a Project Member also creates a role on their user account granting them access to that Project. As a user joins Projects their account's roles reflect these Projects and is how their access to the Projects persists.

There is also a Prompt Engineer role for customizing and creating Project Templates where existing AI Agents can be cloned or new agents created. As a Prompt Engineer, a user can clone, modify and develop new Project Templates consisting of specialized AI Agents designed for various industries and tasks, a series of template documents and spreadsheets encapsulating project workflows with automated oversight, as well as Project Dictionaries which serve as a collection of a project's key information and short term memory, automatically shared between a project's AI Agents. 

All together, AI CMS represents a significant advancement in the integration of AI with human labor.
